About this model The Tinn-Silver 550 is one of the most versatile Tinn-Silver boats and therefore also one of the most popular. From rescue boat for among others the German DLRG (Deutsche Lebens-Rettungs-Gesellschaft e.V.) and the Dutch Rescue Brigade to fishing boat. The Tinn-Silver 550 is highly manoeuvrable in both standard and sport versions. Even in rougher conditions on rivers, lakes or at sea, this boat glides through the water with a steady course. With its high quality finish, this boat has a rugged no nonsense appearance without sacrificing comfort and style. The Tinn-Silver 550 is built from 5 mm seawater resistant aluminium and, like all Tinn-Silver boats, belongs to CE category C for coastal waters. Fully customisable in terms of engine and equipment. Because Tinn-Silver boats are relatively light and therefore easy to trailer, the cruising range of Tinn-Silver boats is virtually unlimited.
